Summerspell is located midway between Destin and Sandestin, north side of Old Highway 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive).

Directions to get to Brigid's Place in the Summerspell Condo complex from the Midbay Bridge:

1. In Niceville cross the Midbay Bridge traveling south to Destin (toll fee is $2.00) you will come to a traffic light at a major intersection. This is the intersection of Emerald Coast Parkway, also known as Highway 98. (You will see a Walgreen drug store on the right).
   
2. Cross over Emerald Coast Parkway and continue straight. This is Hutchinson Street, go to the end.
   
3. Turn left onto road that follows the Gulf traveling east.
   
4. Continue traveling east 2.3 miles to Summerspell on the left side of the road; it’s a 3 story building with a green roof. (On the way you will pass Captain Dave’s Restaurant on the right, and on the left several condo complexes). When you see Maravilla condos on the left you are very close, and just a little further on the left is Summerspell. If you pass Pompano Joe’s restaurant on the beach you have gone too far.
   
5. At Summerspell, drive to the rear of the parking area. “Brigid’s Place” condo #109 is second from the end of the building on the ground floor and is conveniently located for unloading your vehicle.
